🚀 98% of township learners in South Africa lack structured career guidance. To bridge this massive exposure gap, Monewa Matlwa founded Young Aspiring Thinkers, a digital career development platform that transforms student interests into clear career pathways.
The platform connects high school and post-matric (TVET and college) students directly to bursaries, scholarships, and jobs. By providing early exposure to the 68% of matriculants who have never met a professional in their field, they are unlocking vital economic mobility.
Young Aspiring Thinkers are part of the latest Mastercard Foundation EdTech Fellowship cohort, championing Inclusive Education to ensure no underserved learner is left behind.
